Un Gîte au Pré

We have been organic goat cheese producers for over 30 years in a pretty hilly country corner, bocager and still preserved "la gâtine poitevine", in Deux-Sèvres. We have renovated with heart and care 2 lodgings "la cabrette" (2 to 4 pers) and "la Gâtinelle" (5 to 7 pers), with healthy and local materials preserving all their character (former bread maker). You will be in the countryside, quiet, 5 km from Parthenay (medieval city) and close to prestigious destinations (La Rochelle, Marais poitevin, Vendée ...beaches, Puy du Fou). You can visit our farm, participate in the goat trade, visit the cheese dairy and your children can caliner kouik, our baudet du Poitou, Tina our mare and gaia, our dog or make huts in the woods very close to the cottages. Real holidays in the countryside, away from the crowd.
